I still can't believe you are gone. Seems like yesterday sometimes.  I will never forget all the cute things you did.  I really miss when you would like to cuddle with me.  You were my cuddle bug, well when you didn't want daddy.  I miss your cute giggles and laughter.  I will hear them forever.  I love you so much and you will always be in my heart.

I was so excited when Deana had twins, especially since they were a boy-girl pair, just like me and DJ!!!  Katie seemed to be the ringleader of the duo, just like everyone said I was when DJ and I were little.  It was always so fun to see Katie and watch her as she cruised her way through life, such an independent little spark plug!!!  :) 

I sure hope that heaven is the place where you can create memories with those who have gone before you.  I can see her now with her Papa and Uncle Deano learning how to play "Go Fish" or "Slap Jack" and laughing their fool heads off.  Maybe Grandma Didd will teach her how to play "The Fun Machine" and Aunt Connie and Granny will tell her stories and give her hugs and kisses and tuck her into bed every night.

We all miss her so much, but maybe we can take comfort in the idea that she's with those who will love her and cherish her until we see her again.

I am missing you more and more everyday.  I remember how you loved to play outside.  You liked to play so much, especially with your favorite shovel and rake.  When I am outside with Andrew and Dylan, I still see images of you playing, too.  Somehow, I wish it could be, but I know it can't.  I will be missing you forever!  I love you with all my heart.
